The payment and other aspects will be considered only with mutual acceptance between the client and the company.

On knowledge of any illegal or misconduct, the company may deny your project or even dismiss it. You are responsible for using our website and can access the project or the program we have designed for you. No other user can access your project information shared by us.

If you think there has been a security breach, such as the theft, loss, or unauthorized use of your ID or any payment information, you must report it immediately.

At the time of payment, you must complete and follow the instructions accurately, as the company will not be responsible for any refund.

You must partly pay for the service or the agreed amount before availing of the service.

Product and Pricing:

The Product refers to software, programs, and applications created on-demand by the user or client; hence, we do not create or are liable for any tangible product. We aim to provide the best user-friendly experience with our curated knowledge and skills. Also, The pricing is not dependent on any other factor, and it is all related to the cost of service that is agreed upon between the employee and the company.

Refund and Return:

We are an eminent service-providing company; herein, we don’t deal in tangible goods. So, our company, Vyuvan IT Services, is neither liable for the return of any product nor for a refund would be taken into consideration. As per the company norms, the user or the client must abide by the policies set by the company.

Shipping Policy:

The Company’s concern for shipping policy is that we don’t offer any delivery for our service, so we currently do not follow any shipping rules and will not demand any shipping charges. Our work mainly involves transferring software and application over the internet, and we will not charge any amount for it.
